Ljubljana: Državna založba Slovenije. p. 181.〕 ==Church== The parish church in the settlement is dedicated to Saint Ulrich and belongs to the Koper Diocese.〔(Koper Diocese list of churches )〕 It is a Baroque-style church dating to 1647 with an octagonal chancel walled on three sides, a wide rectangular nave, and a belfry. The interior of the name and the presbytery are ornamented with frescoes dating to 1713.
